What it is
A full or partial replacement, built to fit.
Dentures replace missing teeth with a removable plate, full or partial. Getting them right is less about the first fit than the three or four small adjustments afterwards, as your gums settle and you learn to eat with them. Those appointments are part of the plan, not extras.

A first visit for scans, measurements and a conversation about shape and shade.

A wax try-in, so you see the teeth in your face before anything is finalised.

The finished denture is fitted and the bite checked.

Adjustment visits over the following weeks for any sore spots.

An annual review — gums change shape, and a denture that fitted in March may need easing by autumn.

Will people be able to tell?+
Not if the shade and shape are chosen honestly. Perfectly uniform white teeth on a sixty-year-old are the thing people notice, so we don't do that.
How long before I can eat normally?+
Soft food the first week, most things by the third. Steak takes practice, and everyone finds it funny except the person eating.
Are there sturdier options?+
Implant-supported dentures clip to fixtures in the jaw and don't move. They cost more, and we'll show you both routes side by side.
